The Red Room was originally the nursery where the children of the house, Reggie, his sisters June(Nilika) and Billy(Rena) and his younger brother Kenny(Karanjit) played games and spent most of their time, supervised by the English nanny. Reggie’s childhood memories include many nights spent peering down through the banister outside the room watching guests arriving in the Hall below for a dinner party, and listening to the band play a Viennese waltz.

The Red room shares a connecting door with The Deluxe Suite which makes it very convenient for a family with children.
